Spacious + fully furnished kingsize room with private private bathroom in Zone 2.

This ad is for a a room within a 2 bedroom apartment in a gated secure development. The kingsize bedroom with a private bathroom with a bath and shower (not en suite but just next door to your room) and is light, spacious, quiet and super comfortable (or so I have been told!). Would ideally suit someone working hybrid - office based most of the week with desk space in the room for wfh. I am not looking for someone who us based at home full time.

Some other info - I have beautiful views of the city! There is secure bike storage and a shared terrace in the building. Nothing better than having a coffee watching the sun rise. The flat is located 10-15 from Sheperds bush/ Chiswick and Hammersmith, not far from Notting Hill and Holland Park and Clapham and really easy to reach central london via tube, easy links on overground to Richmond and East London.

Local area - Tesco Metro directly underneath the building and also is convenient 5 mins walk to Askew road with Gail’s bakery, Ginger Pig Butcher, small supermarkets Co'op, Sainsburys, Nisa several pubs and restaurants. A couple of nice coffee shops a couple of minutes away. Westfield is 10-15mins away.

There are several parks within 10 mins walking distance - Acton Park and Wendell Park and Ravenscourt 15 min - all 10 mins walk away. Also half an hour walk to the Thames pathway which is my favourite place by the river. It’s a great location to be connected to the city but feel well enough removed to feel green. Also there are several gyms and Health clubs within 5-15min walk such as Mode club, David Lloyd, Virgin Active.

The room comes with its own private bathroom that has both bath and shower for exclusive use. Bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe, and a chest of drawers and a desk/chair. The room is clean and light with blackout curtains for undistrurbed sleep and most importantly quiet away from any traffic main road.

Shared areas include living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a small cupboard where I have a washing machine.

Single occupancy only.

Bills included: council tax, tv licence, electric, gas, water, fibre optic broadband, building service charges.

Professional cleaning not included and would be extra.
