The flat is located 10 mins by bus from Sheperds bush/ Chiswick and Hammersmith there are plenty of bus links and underground stations - really well connected to Notting Hill and Holland Park and central london and easy to reach london airports. The area has a Tesco Metro directly underneath the building and also is convenient 5 mins walk to Askew road with a Gail’s bakery, Ginger Pig Butcher, small supermarkets Coop, Sainsburys, and cafes and restaurants. Several gyms, health clubs and yoga studios within walking distance. Also this is a hotspot for Deliveroo with so much choice from Westfield restaurants nearby.

The apartment boasts stunning views of the west london skyline, located within 20 mins walk to Westfield. There are several parks within 10 mins distance - Acton Oark and Wendell Park and Ravenscourt a15 min walk away. It’s a great location to be connected to the city but feel well enough removed to feel Green - and about half an hours walk to the river Thames.

The room comes with its own private bathroom that has both bath and shower for exclusive use of housemate. Bedroom is fully furnished with ample storage for a midweek let including wardrobe, and two big chests of drawers and a desk. The room is clean and light with blackout curtains for undistrurbed sleep.

Shared areas include living room and kitchen as well as balcony when it is warmer! There is a small laundry room where I have a washing machine and it also doubles up as a cloak room.

Would be suitable for someone who doesn’t work from home 100% of the time. For single occupancy.
