Short bus ride or 30 min walk to Hammersmith station.

About the room:

- Furnished with a comfortable double bed, IKEA chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair and clothes rail (shelves, table, bedside tables not included)
- Windows with natural light and gorgeous fireplace feature (not functional!)
- PLEASE NOTE: Deposit is £887 (not £800)!

- Large open plan kitchen/dining area with separate lounge adjoining
- 3 toilets / 2 bathrooms (both with shower + bath)
- Courtyard garden - a real sun trap in the summer (plus we have a rose bush AND a fig tree!)
- Several lovely parks within walking distance and Hammersmith riverside is only a 30 min walk away.

About the housemates:
- We're all young female professionals aged between 24 and 32, working in charity, TV, meteorology and dog care. We'd love to find a new female housemate who fits in well, ideally for a longer term let
- We'd love it if you're happy to become a real part of the girls house - socialising for dinners/pub quizzes, but also someone who enjoys chilled nights in & watching telly together. Please send over any questions! We look forward to hearing from you 💕
