It is opposite the road from Gunnersbury Park - lovely to go for a walk/run! Very close to a Sainsburys, greengrocers and numerous corner stores. 5 min walk from Acton Town station.

I have already signed a contract with my landlord and this would be for a LEGAL sublet (he is a lawyer so proper contract drawn up etc). Preferably a year contract but minimum 6 months can be discussed.
