Hey! We’re looking for someone to take over a lovely, sunny room in our beautiful house. You’d be sharing with 4 professionals (2M, 2F), aged 23-31.

We enjoy socialising as a household, and would be looking for someone who is interested in a social atmosphere! We’d also prefer someone who’s around our age.

- £790 pm + bills (~£100 pm).
- £900 deposit.
- Move in from 16th September (flexible, can be earlier if needed).
- Sunny, top floor room.
- Sharing a bathroom with one girl.
- Current lease is a rolling monthly contract.

- Furnished!
- Entire three floor terraced house.
- Open plan living/kitchen/dining area on bottom floor.
- Four bedrooms.
- One spare bedroom!
- Two full bathrooms.
- Backyard with lawn, shed, and deck.

[📍] Location and Amenities:
- Close to Acton, Chiswick, Shepherd’s Bush - lots of cute parks nearby!
- 3 min walk to Tesco superstore.
- 10 min walk to Mildmay Overground Line.
- 15-20 min walk to Piccadilly, District, Central lines.
- 2 min walk to well connected bus stop.
