This would particularly suit someone coming to London on the **Youth Mobility Scheme (YMS)**, a working holiday or a temporary work placement who is looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying life in the UK.

There is currently **one male lodger on a Youth Mobility Scheme visa**. We are looking for another friendly, independent and considerate person who would be a good fit for this relaxed household.

Rent & Availability

**£850 per calendar month – bills included (subject to reasonable usage).**

During winter, normal heating costs are included. However, if you spend most of your time at home and require significantly more heating than usual, an additional contribution towards the extra heating costs may be requested. Any additional costs would be discussed and agreed in advance.

To make things easier, especially for those arriving in London from overseas, I prefer to arrange viewings in the following order:

Room Video – I'll first share a video of the room and shared areas so you can get a good idea of the accommodation.

WhatsApp Video Call – If you're interested, we can arrange a friendly video chat to introduce ourselves, answer any questions and see whether we'd be a good fit sharing the home.

In-Person Viewing – If we're both happy to proceed, we can arrange a viewing at the property.

As this is a peaceful shared home, finding someone who is a good fit is important.
