The street going to the flat is a dead-end street full of trees and flowers. To share are a living room, a kitchen and bathroom. There is a beautiful Bengal cat living in the flat.

The single room is clean, quiet and cosy. All necessities like duvet/pillow, clothe dryer, iron/small iron board, electrical cords provided. Plenty of cookware available. The water for shower/bath/sink is filtered.

The flat is 7 minutes’ walk from Acton central station which is an overground station and trains are going up to Richmond and Stratford through Willesden. The nearest underground stations are East Acton, Acton town or Turnham Green (all within 25 mins walk). Buses (207, 607, 266 and more) are just 5 mins away and are going to Ealing broadway, Shepherd's Bush or Hammersmith within 15 minutes.

The renting price is covering all Bills: Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, Water, phone and internet.
It also includes the weekly cleaning of the flat and all household necessary like toilet paper, dish soap, bin bags etc.....So you just have to clean your dishes and your room and rest!
