Part time lodger in spacious W4 flat

Double room in Chiswick for a 2 nights per week lodger Mon-Weds (or other part time but regular midweek commitment on negotiation) close to Turnham Green tube station (zone 2).

Double bedroom in a beautifully maintained purpose built 1st floor Edwardian maisonette, re-decorated in last 3yrs, with new carpet too. Bedroom is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table. All bedding can be supplied (but you would be responsible for washing/changing your sheets & towels and leaving bathroom and kitchen clean when you use it etc). The room isn't ensuite, but the flat has two bathrooms. I will be away with work for some of the time, meaning you would have the flat to yourself at times.

I'm a 46yr old professional journalist. I live on my own and I'm offering my spare room to a lodger on a single occupancy basis.

There is a spacious shared kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave), and spacious living room with dining table. I'd hope you'd feel very much at home there during the week. There is no bike storage unfortunately, but there are Hoopla lockers in the area.

The flat is 0.5 miles (9 mins walk) to Turnham Green station (District Line, also Piccadilly Line between 10.30pm and 6.45am). The E3 bus stop is right outside, which goes to Chiswick Mainline Station (routes to Clapham Jct, Vauxhall, Waterloo), as well as the 94 going through Shepherd's Bush into town, and countless buses on Chiswick High Rd going towards Hammersmith.

There is a handy convenience store right across the road from the flat, and the bustle of Chiswick High Rd with its shops, cafes and bars is a short walk away.

TV, wifi, utility bills are included on standard fair usage basis (council tax not applicable as your main residence is elsewhere).

A Spareroom Lodger Agreement will be drawn up, and one month's returnable deposit required, along with references.
