I’m looking for a lovely WOMAN to take over my cozy double room for 3 months minimum.
A double bedroom available in our flatshare just 8 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush or Goldhawk road tube stations, 13 minutes walk from Hammersmith.
It’s a 3 bedroom flat on 2 floors with a large kitchen, small living room, 2 toilets, bathroom and a kitchen.
You will be sharing with 2 girls in their 30s, both professionals and we are looking for someone similar.
The room is available from 1st July until the end of September (potentially you can extend until end of October)
The rent is £890/month, plus bills (we I pay around £110 in summer months) and deposit is £300 paid upfront.
