Very fast internet is provided, washing machine, shower and two separate toilets.
You won't find a better price/location/comfort for this price and in this location.
Am reluctant to rent but I don't want to be behind on my rent when I come back from my break.
Ideally want to rent it for the whole period am away so around 3-5 months possibly more.
