In a tidy and quiet building comprising 3 separate flats, it is important that all the occupants of the building are respectful of their neighbours and so running around and partying is strictly out of the question.

Please note this flat is available for a period of 12 months for the time being.

Prior to viewing please be prepared to tell us a little bit about yourself; perhaps where you're from, what work you do and your expectations.

The available rooms are lovely. There is a good amount of storage, a separate bathroom and toilet and a reasonable sized eat-in kitchen.

The flat is clean and tidy and you must provide strong references and demonstrate responsibility, dependability and reliability.

All you need to bring is your toothbrush!
