Nice double room

I have a double bedroom to let in my 2 bed flat. The room is very bright and airy and contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv if required. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower to be shared with myself. There is also a
large living room and kitchen combined, Rent includes all bills with possible extra contribution to energy over winter months. Room is available immediately.

Would suit someone quiet, possibly shift worker or busy professional or Monday to Friday worker in the city. I work roughly 3-4 days a week in the office. Be nice if the person is sociable but more focus on tidy and respectful. Must be pet and LGBT friendly
