Double room available in a well-kept flat in Maida Vale (W9), in a beautiful period building with lift and excellent transport links. Warwick Avenue station is a 5–10 minute walk away.

You’ll initially be sharing with two young professionals in a calm, friendly household.
Within the next few months, a third flatmate will be joining, bringing the household to four people in total. Bills will be shared evenly between four.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with, ideally another professional or postgrad who values a relaxed and considerate home environment.
The flat suits someone who doesn’t use the kitchen heavily and prefers a fairly quiet, low-key household.

The room is furnished and the flat includes a functional kitchen with essential appliances, bathroom, washing machine and all basic necessities. Shops, cafés and transport links are all within short walking distance.

Rent: £800 pcm
Bills: shared (council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet)
Council Tax Band E.

Minimum stay: 12 months.
The arrangement is intended to be around one year; any extension beyond that would be discussed in advance and is unlikely to be long-term.
