Lovely double room in Queen's Park

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bed 2 bath Queen's Park flat.

The flat is an 8-minute walk from the tube/overground station, and has really good transport links around. Close to a little M&S and Sainsbury's, and the high street has lots of lovely little coffee shops and brunch spots.

The flat itself has recently been partially renovated, and I'm continuing to make improvements along the way. It is fully furnished and the room has built-cupboards. You would pretty much have your own bathroom too (I have an en suite). It is a third floor flat with no lift so unfortunately is not fully accessible. I also keep a vegetarian kitchen!

About you:
I'm looking for a fun, easy-going flatmate who's happy to share a meal from time to time, keep things clean and (relatively!) tidy, and maybe even play the occasional board game? I'd like for you to make this place your home too - guests encouraged!

About me:
I'm a 26y/o civil servant, and spend my time outside of work reading, going on coffee walks, going to the cinema, and seeing friends. I'm a vegetarian and dairy-free, and slightly addicted to the NYT Cooking app. My girlfriend will be round a fair bit too.
