Spacious bright studio with private back yard

Hi! I am going away for 2-3 weeks from around mid August the dates to be confirmed but let’s say 20th August. and happy to sublet my apartment.

The location is great. 10 min walk to either Westbourne Park or Queens Park stations.

Portobello and Notting Hill is 15min walk away .

Shop and local amenities around.

The flat is furnished, clean, and in good condition. Wooden floors, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bed is a daybed that pulls out into the double! And you can pull it back and have as a sofa during the day of you want more space.
there is a desk and plenty of storage space. I am an artist so please excuse the mess in the photos but everything will be tidied up before you come and stay! I have storage where I keep my paintings s other then few here and there you won’t need to worry about it.

Please note there is no tv.

Looking for someone responsible and caring to sublet. The flat is on the ground floor in residential building. It has a large back yard with garden furniture so you can enjoy the sun too! Please be considerate I really get on with the being bored and we keep the noise down outside of daytime hours.
