(Optional) it can come with a nice high double Bed that has ample heap of storage space under and a quality Emma mattress which has had a mattress protector on from new! it will be a small cost tbd with previous tenant.

It’s otherwise unfurnished but we have things that can be used to tie someone over and we can help with deliveries or lifting hands to collect local olio & marketplace finds 🙂

You will be sharing with 2 Aussie professionals, we are both Vegan too so bonus points for the Veggies.

Lola is an Amazing Yoga teacher and runs her own classes f/t throughout London. I’m in events f/t and work O. S, London and around the Uk. We both love Yoga, plants and traveling. We clean as we go and have a deep clean monthly choirs list too. We are not big cooks at home so kitchen is never congested.

The flat is lovely and bright, big double glazed windows and filled with plants, we also have a lounge room 🙂

The area is great (W9) walking distance to Westbourne Park station, Maid vale, Queen’s Park and 20min walk to Paddling station. We are near most the major parks and Little Venice canal.

Bills are variable but average £70-£90.
