Room in Beautiful Mews Home Share Maida Vale

I am very sad but proud to be showing my room, in my gorgeous home of two years which is coming available. I am moving in with my boyfriend so it is time to say goodbye to what has been the most incredible home share.

The room is in a four bedroom house on a beautiful Mews street in Maida Vale. Walking distance to Westbourne Park and Warwick Avenue Tube Stations and bus routes 18, 36, 6, 328 and more. The house is a creative space, full of personality and I have absolutely adored living here and know the next person will to!

My room available is the biggest in the house, with lots of room for storage, a desk / dressing table and a TV like me! It comes with the basic furniture including the bed and mattress which is very new and high quality, and I painted the whole room fresh just a few months ago. On the middle floor of the house we have a large communal, open plan kitchen living room with a big dining table we have hosted many dinner parties at. We go up on the roof of the house and have a lovely seating area out front. We are on a beautiful mews street which is an amazing community, we have a street party every year and there are loads of amazing restaurants, cafes and parks around.

I am currently living with three lovely guys, all in their late 20s, early 30s. All creative working professionals and we enjoy each other’s company a lot, although we can be like passing ships living busy lives, so you’ll rarely feel cramped in this house! We also have two bathrooms with a shower in each.

The rent is paid on the 20th of each month and includes all bills, so I am looking for someone to take over from 20th August. Please reach out with any questions and a bit about you, we will be arranging viewings for evening of Monday 27th July!
