Beautiful Room in Queens Park

Hey there! I’m planning on moving out of my lovely room in Queens Park.

The flat is perfectly located: Less than 10 min walk to Queens Park Station (Bakerloo + Overground) and also walkable to Westbourne Park (Circle line) and Maida Vale. The area is clean and safe, with a couple stunning parks nearby. There is a Sainsbury’s local a 5 minute walk away, and there are a number of gyms in the area too!

The room is bright and cosy with a large window. The flat has a beautiful large living room with lots of plants (feel free to bring some additional decor too!) The bathroom is shared with 2 others.

You will be sharing with 4 others (two couples, so two other bedrooms.)

Price : £850 per month
Bills : Around £30-40 per month

You would be taking over my contract which has about 7 months left I believe.

I want to move out as soon as possible so if so enquire if you’re ready to go xx

Deposit is actually 1200£ I think but it wouldn’t let me put it on here.
