The flat is a semi-detached house between Westbourne Park and Queen's Park stations (10-15min walk).

The room itself is approximately 3 x 2m, west facing (with great evening light), and has its own external closet. Comes with a bedside table, floor length mirror, and though the desk is mine I'm happy to leave it there.
The closet is surprisingly deep, and there is a lot of storage space below the bed.

The flat has a kitchen (dishwasher included), living room, a bathroom (shower / bath / toilet), plus a separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and plenty of storage.

Rent: 837.5£ pcm, bills excluded
Bills: approx 70-90£ pcm for Water, Wifi, Electricity, Council Tax.

About Us:
We're 3 young professionals (two of us are childhood friends) who like our own space but enjoy watching TV, and cooking together.
We'll occasionally have a house party for a special occasion (birthdays, Halloween, that sort of thing) or friends over for dinner, but day-to-day the flat is quiet and we're considerate of everyone's schedules and downtime.

Antoine - I work 9-5 for a kids' film festival (50/50 home/office). Outside of work I'm usually at the cinema, music gig, or museum, but I do also love a quiet night in.

Beri works 9-5 in marketing (WFH twice a week), loves cooking vegan meals, and values a tidy home and being friends with my flatmates

Ashwin works evening in hospitality/cocktail making, he loves cooking and baking, goes to music gig, and plays guitar on the weekends.
