The house is on a good street with many shops nearby and great transport links. It’s also in a nice area that is a 15min walk from both Notting Hill and Queen’s Park areas.
We have a great garden, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and living room space with extra storage in the house too. We have the basic amenities in the kitchen and also have a TV and PS4 among other things that’s not seen in the photos, as they are from when we first moved in.
The room is on the bottom level looking out onto the garden, it’s small but quite spacious, and also includes a large cupboard just outside the room that you could use as a wardrobe or for storage. It comes with a small double bed and a shelving unit you can see in the pictures.
Bills aren’t included in price of the room but total share of bills including electric, gas, water, council tax, and wifi is only £91 per person.
There will be 3 of us already living in the house. Two work in the film industry, with one recording sound and the other doing lighting. The other flatmate works in an office job. We like watching films, going to the pub, and hanging out in the garden together.
We are looking for someone around our ages (20-26), preferably a female and LGBTQ+ friendly.
