Lovely Double Room in Queen’s Park

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a lovely flat in Queen’s Park.

The room is available from 9th November, although an earlier move-in date could be discussed.

Rent: £1,100 per month
Bills: Approximately £150–£170 per month

This is a long-term arrangement, and you’ll need to pass the agency’s referencing checks and sign a tenancy agreement.

A little about who I’m looking for:

Ideally, I’d love to live with another woman aged 25+, preferably someone who’s already living in London and looking for a new place to call home. Someone working full-time would be ideal, particularly given the agency’s referencing requirements.

This flat has been my home for the past four years, so it’s important to me to find someone who will enjoy living here as much as I have.

I’m looking for someone who’s easy-going, considerate, clean and tidy. I really value having a comfortable, welcoming home where we can both enjoy our own space but also have a chat or spend time together occasionally.
