Large room short central near to universities.

Hi I've got a large double room to rent it's a 5 minute walk from kings cross or Russell Square tube stations a 15 minute walk from Euston station Its Is walkable to the city of London west end soho Southbank Camden and very close to the universities.

This room isn't rented in the winter time only summer spring & Autumn.

But if your stuck and you'd like to stay short term till you find a more permanent room that's fine i just don't rent the room in the winter time.

It's sharing the apartment only with me I'm easy to live with considerate quiet and respectful.

I'm only looking for someone who goes out to work or study monday to friday full time please dont contact me if you work from home thanks.

You only have to give me 28 days notice to vacate the property on rent day to leave so your not paying rent if you need to leave quickly.

The room has 2 3 seater sofas 2 wardrobes and double bed with 2 under bed drawers so plenty of storage space.

24 hour gas central heating and hot water.
