I am looking for a like minded flatmate to share my lovely 2 bedroom flat .

I am a 32 year old journalist working on a number of publications including Harpers Bazaar and Town and Country covering travel and Lifestyle . I love to travel and am away a fair bit for work. I am very laid back and super clean around the place and would .ike a flat mate who is also clean and tidy

The room is a large double with floor to ceiling sliding doors and a covered terrace. The flat is in a period property which is a 20 min walk to the City and to the West End . It has been newly painted and is fully furnished with high quality stuff

All bills are included with the exception of council tax (approx £80 a month) .

There is a big separate kitchen and open plan living area. My room has it’s own shower so you will have sole use of the other one and the separate bathroom is huge with a shower and bath and big storage cupboards.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and the kitchen has cutlery crockery utensils microwave etc

The flat has its own private entrance so there are no communal areas. Most of the walls are painted white and there is wooden flooring throughout. It is newly painted.

We are on a quiet tree lined street between Kings Cross and Islington and close to Farringdon and Exmouth market. There are plenty of supermarkets close by and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars plus excellent transport links to the City and West End. Angel tube and Kings Cross tubes are 5 min away.
