You would share with a friendly mid-20s Masters student in Architecture from the US. The flat is also super handy for the transport, the canal area, and Granary Square. Fully furnished, original wooden floors and tastefully decorated, this flat has a leafy courtyard area and/or the basement where you can keep a bike. It's only a 5 min stroll to the Brunswick Centre with its large Waitrose.

Max 2 people only. 5 week deposit required. Rent excludes bills. Preference for a female, but male considered. Smoking and vaping not permitted in the building. Please note, the living room CANNOT be converted into a bedroom.
