Lovely large double room in a very central flat to share with 2 friendly postgrad females. Definitely a home and not just a place to stay - looking for a respectful, friendly postgrad flatmate, preferably female. Not a party flat! Rent is £325 a week excluding bills. There are 2 wardrobes, a super-comfy bed, and a desk. The flat is beautifully furnished, and the room is large and bright. It's 5 mins from a large Waitrose in the Brunswick Centre, and 2 mins walk from St Pancras. Bills are approx an additional £40-45 per week on top of the rent (subject to fluctuating energy costs).
