UCL Summer Sublet – Double Bed

Hi! I'm a UCL undergraduate subletting my single room (double bed!) this summer in central Bloomsbury, zone 1 (WC1E 6JP).

Dates: approx end-May to September – flexible, happy to discuss.

Location highlights: 3 min walk to UCL • 5 min to Warren Street & Goodge Street stations • 5 min to Lidl & Yohome mart • 10 min to Waitrose & British Museum.

The room: single size but with a proper double bed + large desk + big wardrobe + plenty of storage. Perfect for one person who wants space to sleep, work, and study.

Flatmate: one other UCL girl (studies Biology) – quiet, respectful, very well-behaved. I've lived with her for 2 years and trust her completely.

Shared facilities: kitchen + bathroom, both clean. Washing machine, dryer, large fridge, freezer, air fryer, microwave, oven, plus plenty of cookware and cutlery. There is also a balcony. Bills are included.

Looking for: one girl – tidy, easy-going, respectful. No couples. Short lets considered (minimum 4 weeks).

Viewings: in-person or video call available until 17 May (I'm in London until then).

Rent: £370 per week (open to discussion!). Deposit: 1 week, refundable. No agencies, just a straightforward summer sublet.
