I’m a civil servant, currently working hybrid. I have a spare room in my home, which I am looking to rent out.

Female professional preferred. If you are CLEAN, Respectful, self aware individual, who is mindful of shared space and personal boundaries.

A short meeting, in-person or via video call is required. In person viewing will only take place if the room will be offered to you. Also, a Reference from your place of work and/or previous landlord is mandatory.

The location is convenient for Doctors/Nurses, as it is close to Great Ormond Street Hospital, St Bartholomew’s and University College Hospital.
