I am currently a postgraduate student at SOAS living in Paul Robeson House, a student accommodation nestled in Zone 1 London near King's Cross St. Pancras. As my course is drawing to a close, I am looking for a friendly and responsible replacement tenant, who will be taking over my single en-suite room over the upcoming summer months.

The flat comes with an equipped and spacious shared kitchen. You will be living with 5 other lovely flatmates, who are all SOAS students. We are a friendly and diverse group, originating from a host of nations. All backgrounds are welcome.

The area is very central, and you will be able to access an array of amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc. If you are too busy to cook, there is a cozy Chinese place down the street that offers a £9 takeaway box. The portion is quite sizeable, with three variety of dishes and a large serving of rice. There is usually plenty left for breakfast the next day. It is definitely one of my favorite features of the area.

The earliest available start date is 31/05/24, and the licence period ends on 08/09/24. Benefits include:
