Hi guys! i Need someone to take over my contract with the Student Housing Company (Depot Point) b/c I'm leaving to go back home over the summer. The contract expires September 2nd 2016. The room is available as of June 20 (But if you need it before we can talk about it!) The building is in a great location, you don't have to pay any utility bills and the internet is included (super fast may i add). The students that live here are all from nearby unis such as UCL, City, UAL, AA. They have laundry on site, a cinema room, common room for parties and a smoking area in the courtyard where you can socialize and meet new people. My ensuite is one of the big rooms they have. If you are interested let me know! I would have to let them know and you pay the student housing company directly. If interested I can give you their contact details and we can take it from there.
