Double room near Camberwell and Brixton 🏡☀️

Hi! I’m Rory and I have a furnished room available in my 2-bedroom flat in Loughborough Junction (10-15 minutes to Brixton and Camberwell). The room is decently-sized (space for a desk if needed), and the flat is nice and spacious, with a great balcony overlooking the communal garden.

The flat is in a nice spot, very quiet, relaxed area but with absolutely loads to do in Camberwell and Brixton just a walk away. The transport links are also excellent as the flat is a 2-minute walk from Loughborough junction station, with the Thameslink service taking you to Blackfriars in 15 minutes or St Pancras in 20 minutes (and other areas in central or anywhere south easily accessible through Victoria line via Brixton or overground via Denmark hill). Also parking spot available which you’re welcome to use, as I don’t have a car.

I’m 27 and a researcher in health - I enjoy cooking, gymnastics/any sport, travelling, and live music. Looking for a social flatmate who fancies a chat in the evenings or hanging out on weekends sometimes, but the flat is also nicely designed with separate kitchen/sitting room so doesn’t feel like you’re in each others pockets.

I’ve put max lease length 8 months as I’m unsure if my plans might change at the end of this year. It’s quite possible that the person would be welcome to stay for longer into 2027, but I can’t promise this until later this year.
