Summer Let

My small double room will be available this summer from the mid July until early September, perfect for somebody visiting London for the holidays. Bills aren’t included but come out to around 100, as I have already paid some for summer. Not pictured is a cupboard wardrobe with ample shelf space outside of the room. In the flat are an actor and a photographer, one of which will be home and around a fair bit and the other out working Mon-Fri. We are a social flat and enjoy our evening time together, but also have separate friends, jobs and interests. We do theatre trips and art galleries together, as well as a film night every so often. Ideal would be an LGBT person or somebody feminine-aligned who is happy to share that communal space, keep it clean and look after it. We have a cleaning chart just to keep on top of things, rotating kitchen, living room and bathroom/hallway, though we all actively keep on top of these areas.
