Large airy double bedroom in lower Clapton

The room will be available from the 28th June.

I am looking for a chilled out lodger to live in my apartment. Ideally someone who is not working from home all the time but all are welcome! I am a web developer who is a keen gym goer, snowboarder and loves a good chat (studied politics and IR at university). LGBTQI+ friendly space. Smokers are welcome too, but please be aware that there is no smoking allowed inside the house (vaping is ok), but you are more than welcome to on the balcony. If you have any questions about me or the space please don't hesitate to ask.

I will consider couples but it would be 950 + bills.

The flat is situated in lower Clapton, a 4 minute walk to the canals and a 5 minute walk to Chatsworth road which has lots of shops/ a Sunday market.

As mentioned bills are not included this will come to £200 which is less than 50% of the total bills. The property is council tax band C. We also have 2.5Gbps internet.

The room will come fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe which was redone about a year ago. There are a set of fitted blinds as well and I can put up some black out curtains if you would like.

The whole flat is over 900 foot squared, and there is in fact a separate toilet downstairs which is still being decorated but I hope will be all ready before your arrival.

Note: I will be away in Japan for 2 weeks 13-28th June so if you wish to view the flat the next couple of weeks would be ideal for an end of next month move in. :)
