Double Room in Lower Clapton

Surroundings:
The house is located between Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations, with very convenient transport access. 5 min walk to both overground stations, bus stops just around the corner. There is a Co-Op around the corner; Sainsbury and Marks & Spencer are within a 5-minute walk + plenty of shops and restaurants are very close by too. Tesco Superstore is nearby too.

The House:
The house is on a traffic-free street and overlooks a garden on the other side so it´s usually quiet. Nice living room to chill, eat, chat, or watch movies. Plenty of storage in the house as well! There's also a nice garden, the best place for your naps...

Bedroom :
Double bedroom with chest of drawers and two wardrobes, space under the bed as well. The rent is 680 pounds, council tax, gas, and water bills included, and then approximately 40 pounds for wifi, electricity, and shared toiletries.

You would be living with:
Ricardo 31 years old, Mexican, architect, loves design, creative tech, music, fitness, the outdoors, and salsa socials.

Arthur 23 years old, French, director/producer. Has a mountain of books, is immensely passionate about film, and has the best recommendations for going out.

We get along well, both very friendly, relaxed, always up for a chat, and give each other space for our own stuff. We´re very passionate about the arts, and we´re just looking for somebody chill who respects the house just as we do.

The landlord is super nice, very responsive, and available.
