The rooms has a working from home setup and big wardrobe.
There’s a shared patio which can get some sun in spring or summer (north facing).

📍 Location:
Lower Clapton, Hackney. Very close to hackney downs, there is plenty of great coffee shops, pubs and sport studios, less than 10 minutes walk.
Dalston & Stoke Newington are a short ride for lively nightlife and amazing restaurants.

👨 A bit about me:
I have been living in the flat since 2023.
I am very easy going. Organized and clean.
I am a software engineer and work from the office around 3 4 days per week. I do travel from time to time to south west France for surfing.

🚆 Two Overground stations nearby. Rectory rd and Clapton.
