Summer Sublet Double Room in Lovely Lower Clapton

I am travelling for work and subletting my room in a spacious house with a lovely garden in Lower Clapton.

The room is available from mid-August to the end of September. If this sounds vague, it's because I am quite flexible and can leave and/or return depending on what the person subletting needs.

The price is 1070, including bills, and a cleaner twice a month.

You'd be sharing the house with 4 professionals in their 30s who work in various industries (music, tech, TV). We all get on well, and you'd find a home here. We enjoy having a chat, dinner or pint together every now and again, but (as all busy adults) we very much do our own thing too.

The house is a 5-bedroom house with a living room, a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, and a garden. Located near the River Lea, it's got lots of nice cafes around and is very close to Clapton Overground. It’s a 5-10 min bike ride to Hackney Central/London Fields/Dalston, etc.

We're sorry, but we can't accept couples. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house.
