We’re looking for a long-term flatmate to share this cozy flat.

It’s a 3-bedroom, on the top floor (3rd floor), with a separate lounge, kitchen, and bathroom.
The flat is bright with natural light throughout the day and wooden floorboard throughout.

Located in Lower Clapton. Great transport links.
10mins walk to Hackney Central & Hackney Downs stations.
Plenty of bus options; 38, 55, 106, 242, 254, and 488 by the doorsteps. 

Walking distance to London Fields/Broadway Market, Chatsworth Road and Hackney Marshes.

You’ll be sharing with 2 males. Both work in the creative industry. We’re both chilled, relaxed, easy going, and gay-friendly. We enjoy socialising together but also enjoy our own space.

The room is £730p/m plus monthly bills.
Bills average around £120 during the warm season. Winter season will be higher.

We’re looking for a professional, ideally working in the creative industry but not essential. Late 20s to 40’s, friendly, easy-going, open-minded, respectful, clean and tidy.
