We have a lovely double room available from the end of July in our spacious two storey flat in Lower Clapton (amazing location)!

We are - Alex (31) who works in a tech / design consultancy, Megan (31) who works in recruitment/HR and Lily (33) who works as an occupational therapist (we met through spare room). We're chilled and friendly, we love hanging out and having some drinks together, but very much have our own lives. We're looking for someone clean, kind and fun to join our happy household who will treat the flat as a home.

The flat is on a really peaceful road in Hackney and occupies 2 floors at the top of a victorian terrace. We have a living room, separate kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The room available is upstairs and comes with a double bed and mattress.

We are a 1 minute walk from gorgeous Millfields Park and the canals, seconds away from loads of independent shops, cafes and nice pubs, 10-15 minute walk to Homerton/Hackney Central/Hackney Downs/Clapton stations, and there are bus stops immediately outside our front door that offer 24 hour routes into East/Central London.

Rent: £745 monthly paid directly to private landlord
Deposit: £745

Move in date: Flexible - start of August. Rent payment would be due 5th August.

Bills approx £100 each per month (gas, elec, water, internet, council tax - band B) - but this does vary !
