Looking for new roomie

Hello!

My name’s Maxie, and we have a room available in our genuinely lovely house in Lower Clapton. It’s just off Hackney, which means there’s always something going on markets, coffee shops, pubs… boredom simply doesn’t stand a chance.

A little about the household: you’d be living with Giorgia (30, she/her), Jubbi (30 she/her), beth (31 she/her), and me Max (30, he/they). We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional drink together and a good chat, but we’re also very respectful of alone time and personal space. A healthy balance. We are lgbtq+ friendly too.

The room itself is on the ground floor and has some furnishing. (Bed included) but is otherwise a blank canvas for you to make your own. The house has a cosy living room and a garden. There’s one bathroom, two toilets (a small but meaningful luxury), and the rent is £860 with bills included.

We’re looking for someone kind, friendly, and easygoing, happy to join us for a drink or a hangout, but equally content doing their own thing. If that sounds like you, do drop me a message.
