Bright Double Room in Cosy Clapton House w/ Garden

Lovely double room going on the first floor of our laid-back, queer/trans house in Lower Clapton for move in at the end of August (28th). It’s a good-sized room with plenty of natural light and space.

The house itself is warm and welcoming. There’s a cosy living room, a spacious kitchen, two bathrooms and a big patio at the back with space for bikes.

The house is really well connected, Homerton and Clapton stations are both about a 15-minute walk away, and there are plenty of buses nearby that’ll get you into central London in around 40 minutes. We live right by Millfields park and it's a stone's throw away from the Hackney Marshes and the River Lee.

You’d be sharing the place with three housemates (Amelia, Mary and Alfie). We're quite a social house - we met each other on the queer rave scene and often host dinner parties, potlucks and BBQs. Looking for someone 28-40+ and it is a LGBTQ+ friendly household.

The property is in council tax band D (Hackney).
