We have absolutely adored living here - sun floods the living room/kitchen in the morning and during the day, and then moves over the back of the property and floods both bedrooms in the early evening. It’s glorious! And feels like a little calm oasis!
So close to the canal and Hackney
Marshes, 4min walk to Chatsworth Road, and 15min walk to Hackney Central.
2x bedrooms - one with built in robes, the other with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both come with beds.
Council tax is £159 per month for the flat and we pay around £120-150 in bills per month (but I feel like you could get a way better deal than us through suppliers). EPC rating (energy) is C.
Quite a bit of storage in the flat and everyone in the property (4 flats in total) has access to the bottom basement for even MORE storage. Everyone owns their flat, we’re the only rental, so it’s a lovely vibe.
