Double room in lower Clapton

Hey all,

Our lovely housemate is moving out in mid-July, so we’re looking for someone new to fill a double room in our 3-bed terrace maisonette in Clapton/ homerton.

The room is a good-sized double, with a fireplace, and it overlooks the back gardens of the street.

The house has a cosy living room with lots of plants, tv and l-shaped sofa, a big bathroom, and is on a friendly street near millfields park and chatsworth rd. Homerton and Clapton stations both around 10/15 mins walk away.

You’d be living with us - Emma and Poppy (30 & 31). We’re a couple and looking for someone LGBTQ+ friendly. We love having a chat and hanging out with our housemate
but we’re pretty independent and often out and about playing football, going to see music etc.

We’ve lived here for several years and rent the other 2 bedrooms in the house. We’re after someone around our age (late 20s/ early 30s), who’s sociable but also enjoys their own space.
