Small double in Lower Clapton

We're all OUEER and NEURODIVERGENT, looking for someone similar.

Sharing with 3 lovely professionals and a quirky little dog. The house is old, but it's got character and homey vibes. The room is a small double, garden facing, so very quiet. We're pretty chilled so we’re looking for someone similar. Also not a party house, we do need our sleep, but I think we’re pretty nice. Big garden for the green fingered and I can teach you how to weave, if you’re interested.

Lower Clapton is a gem of an area and we are just off Chatsworth Road.

The dog is shy but will befriend you if you give her treats, if you join us for a walk even better. DOG LOVERS ONLY, as this is her home too. She is a rescue so she’ll need her time, therefore looking for someone patient who is willing to put in the effort of befriending her. Letting her out of her crate when I’m at work is a bonus but not necessary :)

Rent £600 plus bills (roughly £100-150 depending on how much energy we’re using), £600 deposit. Move in date 20th of June. Sadly no living room :(
