Double Room in Beautiful Flat Lower Clapton

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out of our beautiful place in clapton.

The room is a double with enough space for a desk and its own bathroom.

All bills included (although we also have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and pay in cash).

You'll be renting with me, an easy going professional working in advertising and in the office 3/4 days a week. Ideally looking for someone who likes to hang out and share a meal occasionally but also has their own stuff going on.

(There may be some flexibility on moving date if earlier is needed.)
