We have a double room available for £722 pcm (£623.50 deposit) as I will be moving out.
Bills are not included in the rent, and come to about £90 a month. These cover a cleaner who comes weekly, internet, council tax, gas & electricity.
The house is located in a leafy residential area of Lower Clapton that is just off Chatsworth Road and close to lots of green spaces - Millfields park, Hackney marshes, Lea Valley. We have a shared living room, two bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room area, basement and a garden.
You would be living with 6 very lovely, easygoing people, who range in ages from 24-39. We all get on well and enjoy hanging out together when we can.
Homerton and Clapton overground stations are a 15 minute walk away. We also have great bus connections within a few minutes walk from our house.
