Group of 3 friends living in this lovely flat/house in Lower Clapton. We’re a mixture of students and professionals. The flat has a large garden that is only accessible to our flat. The room is very large with a high ceiling and big window so there is lots of natural light in the room during the day. The road we live on is super quiet at night, there is never any activity outside on the street. The bills are around £100 each a month.
We need someone to sign on to the contract which will include a monthly rent from October 2026 to October 2027. The room is free to rent without contract until October 2026.
