Double Room available in Homerton sharehouse

We have a room going in our 4 bedroom house in Homerton from beginning to mid October (can be slightly earlier if needed!) for £1360 per month (bills not included). The house is located just off Chatsworth Rd and a 8 minute walk to the overground (Mildmay line). We are located in a Mews so it’s quiet and calm. The house has underfloor heating and the living/kitchen gets amazing cross-breeze in summer as we have double doors each side :’)

The room has an an ensuite and a really cute balcony overlooking lots of greenery and the backs of a few houses.

You’d be living with 3 others in their early to mid 30s working in the arts and charity. We’re all friends and enjoy hanging out and doing stuff outside the house but also have separate lives. Kitchen and living room is open plan with a big couch for lounging. Not a party house, but we all love a beer or wine and a natter. In addition to your ensuite the house also has two other bathrooms, a very comfortable amount of fridge space and kitchen cupboard storage. We have a little front garden space and back garden which has lots of potential but we just haven’t quite got around to beautifying yet (bonus points if you have a vision for how we can do this)

Preference is someone who is queer/a queer couple as it’s a majority LGBTQ+ household.

Extra bits:

- There a few furniture bits that we will be selling (mostly the bed, the bed frame and the drawers). Room can come completely bare or furnished depending on what you need!

- Council tax band E

- Bills come to roughly £115.46 each per month if total is split across 5 people (includes gas and electric, water, wifi, council tax and a cleaner that comes twice a month)

- Pets considered (litter box would have to be outside the house)

- Hoping to do viewings in the last week of August/early September.
