Double room in 2-bedroom flat Lower Clapton

Hello, looking for someone to take on a double room in our 2-bedroom flat in Lower Clapton. It is a modern flat with a shared bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony. There is also a bike store inside the building.

We have a great relationship with the landlords and take good care of their home whilst they live away. This means that the property comes pretty much fully furnished - down to the kitchen utensils! Therefore we would be looking for someone who is not only clean and tidy, but is passionate about looking after the home as if it’s their own!

The room itself will come with the bed, the large chest of drawers, and has a built in wardrobe. It costs £1250 per month and the bills work out about £180 on top of this. It will need to be filled by October 25th, but there is some flexibility around dates / moving in sooner so please ask.

I work as a software engineer and mostly WFH, but go to the office a few days of the week. Would ideally be looking for someone with a similar work schedule (or predominantly in the office).

I’m very easy going and am happy to be sociable or keep to ourselves. I am keen to live with someone who also prioritises a clean and peaceful home to come back to over anything else.
