Hi there, we have one bedroom available in our lovely maisonette, located right on Chatsworth Road in Lower Clapton, Hackney E5. 🪴

We live in a spacious, two floor home. Your bedroom is on the ground floor alongside the kitchen, shared bathroom and the main living room.

The Room : A bright double bedroom (furnished with a double bed, cupboard, and rails.

The Layout : We have our own separate office and living space downstairs.

The Location : a 1- minute walk to Millfields Park, the Marshes, and the canal for gorgeous walks and close to so many wonderful cafes and shops on Chatsworth Road and Clapton area, there’s so much to do around here!

We are a welcoming couple looking for someone who feels comfortable sharing a home with us. We also have a black cat called Gary 🐈‍⬛ he is incredibly warm and affectionate.

We’re looking for someone who is social and friendly but also happy to do their own thing!

The room is best suited for someone who goes to work most days and not working from home Monday - Friday.

Tidiness 🧼 we love a clean tidy home and are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is happy to chip in with keeping the communal spaces looking nice.

The Details ✨

- Rent : £930 per month
- Bills : Estimated at £120 per month
- Availability: Move in ASAP. Minimum 1-month sublet, though we would prefer longer.
- Transport : Homerton (15 min walk), Clapton (19 min walk). It’s also a short bus or bike ride to Dalston, Hackney Wick, and Stoke Newington.
