The room can be either furnished or unfurnished upon request with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, and clothes rail. (Flat is technically unfurnished and the bedroom furniture is mine, but can leave it for you if you need it)

The flat has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a large kitchen/living area with plenty of appliances and storage.

The flat is shared with 3 other professionals who are friendly, clean, respectful and mainly do their own thing.

The flat is in a great location, next to Hackney Downs park, and walking distance from great food/drinking spots around Clapton/Hackney/Homerton.

The flat has great transport links with several buses and is close to:

Hackney Downs Station (10 min walk)
Hackney Central Station (15/20 min walk)

The rent for the room is 764.50 and bills are not included. They come up to around ~100 extra. Deposit is 800

The availability is from 13 September, as I am hoping to move into another flat from this date, but this is flexible if necessary
