Cozy Room is gorgeous Clapton House

Hi everyone! After 3 years in my clapton house, I’m moving in with my partner and therefore on the hunt for a new person to live with my gorgeous friends.

The room is the smallest in the house, which has been perfect for me as someone on a bit of a budget - I’ve loved how cozy it is (it has had a glow-up recently with new wooden floors and built in-storage installed). It gets lovely evening light and is facing onto the street which is peaceful. The communal spaces are incredibly spacious - big kitchen, living room and a beautiful front and back garden.

You are 2 mins walk from Hackney Marshes and Millfields Park, so plenty of green space and Chatsworth Road is a stones throw away.

You’ll be living with Lucas (he/him) and Lucy (they/them), both in their late 20s and early 30s, working in fashion and Lucy is a teacher - both super warm and friendly <3 we are a clean and respectful bunch who love to have a good time and also keep the house as a calm and restful place to come back and re-charge at.

The room is 790 pounds + bills and will be available from 8th October.
