Gorgeous little room in Lower Clapton :)

Hey girls, looking for somebody to take over my room in Lower Clapton in Hackney at the end of the month (or slightly before if you need)! Ideally want somebody aged 25-29 that works a mixture of office/home and loves a yap on the sofa whilst watching Real Housewives or Love is Blind.

It’s a double room on the third floor of a 3 story house, shared with 4 other very lovely people. The room itself is little but as you can see, fits everything you’d need! You’d be sharing a bathroom with 2 others - they’re very clean and tidy. It came unfurnished but if you’re short of furniture, I can leave my bed & mattress (only a year old), wardrobe and side table for £150 extra - if not, I can remove accordingly!

The rest of the house is spacious, bright and well-cared for, with a bathroom on each floor, a big kitchen (with all of the gadgets and tools you’d need), big living room, dining room and massive garden.

Your housemates would be a mix of boys & girls aged 25-28, and they’re a mixture of events, charity and hospitality. It’s a very communal and family-style space, so looking for somebody who would want to actually be friends with everybody and get integrated! They love a family meal and spending time in the beloved garden, it’s a very sweet vibe.

Tesco Express is a 1 min walk away, Hackney Central station is around 12, and Hackney Downs station is around 10. You’re right next door to Hackney Downs park which makes summer mooching very enjoyable 🙂
